Lorraine Weil
From 2001 to 2005, Lorraine Weil served as
Director of Strategic Insurance Initiatives/Sales Manager for M2
Collision Care Centers, the largest consolidator of collision repair
centers throughout California. Within one year of serving as the
Sales Manager, M2 continually achieved record sales. In this
position, Lorraine managed the operational aspects of the M2 Sales
and Marketing Department, supervised and coordinated all internal
and external marketing activities to include all special events,
manage all insurance related training programs, maintain the
department expense budget, interface with all outsourced marketing
resources to include advertising, graphic design, public relations,
publications, trademark, print media and yellow pages. Additionally,
Lorraine served as an interface with key insurance executives and
managers to implement strategic insurance marketing programs with
claims personnel and insurance agents. She also managed the
compilation, distribution and training of M2 advisors of insurance
partner policies and procedures. Lorraine also served as a resource
to M2’s inbound and outbound call center initiatives, as well as
recruiting and hiring store personnel.
Prior to joining M2, Lorraine was on the management team for eight
years serving as Customer Service Manager of Advanced Business
Systems, the largest and most successful Minolta dealership in
the nation. In this capacity, Lorraine was instrumental in
helping the company consistently achieve status as a Minolta Circle
of Service Excellence dealership.
Lorraine attended The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising,
as well as
Concordia
University in Irvine, CA.
With a strong focus on customer service, Lorraine seeks
